After loving Margo’s Got Money Troubles, I decided to go back and read Rufi Thorpe’s previous books.   The book just blew me away.  I usually go for happy endings and I can’t do depressing books.  This is just exquisite.   The villain of this book, in a very subtle way, is the Ford Motor company.  IYKYK.
