Wow. Olivie Blake does not miss with me. My favorite feeling of all time is when a book completly blindsides me but then, upon reflection, I realize of course thats what happened – of course that's how it ended. It couldn't have ended any other way.
I loved Marya so much. She allowed the world to break her heart when she was young because she a foolish loyal child. But when it tried again? She scorched the earth.
A woman scorned who delivers the perfect amount of vengeance will always be my favorite kind of story.
