Blacksad: A Silent Hell by Juan Díaz Canales
3.0
Not quite as compelling as the first book, but still objectively good. The main story of this book is arguably a bit too busy given its length - lots of characters and some issues with pacing.
I did not realize at the time of purchase that the second half of the book is entirely written by the colorist, explaining the decisions they made when working on this story. This may be of interest to some, but I merely skimmed it. There are two (very) short stories at the end, and they are both weak.
As with the first book, the physical dimensions are quite nice and it's pleasant to read.
