2.5

Half the book had me waiting for the other shoe to drop... and, of course, it did, in the most contrived of miscommunication tropes.

Ted was a crappy, selfish friend. None of his behavior was okay. Of course we don’t see a resolution to that. And the ending was RUSHED. The cover and the book make me think this might be one of Mira Lyn Kelly’s first books, but it was written in 2018?
