This was a somewhat enjoyable and fun thriller. It took a little time to get into, but once the plot started, it was a fast read. I liked Rachel, and enjoyed the mystery and suspense. However, there were aspects to the book that weren't that great. Like, I know most the characters are supposed to be insufferable, entitled, rich asshole teenagers, like that was the point, but I still couldn't stand them. Also, the pacing of the story was weird at times, and the conclusion didn't wrap up super well. Still, it was fun, especially with the nods to the horror genre and all the movie references. Someone who has watched more horror than me probably would have appreciated that more than I did.
