The Matchmaker's Playbook by Rachel Van Dyken

4.0

I tried reading six other books before I read The Matchmaker's Playbook. There are so many books sitting on my kindles that if it doesn't grab me I stop reading and move on to something. I don't review them because it isn't the authors fault that the plot and/or characters did hold my interest.
Ian is a great leading man. He plays it well. He is gorgeous. He is works as hard as he plays. He created a business out of helping women get there man. His only mistake is thinking he can control love.
Blake has grown up without a mom. She was and is a tomboy, clueless on how to be feminine. Comfort is her motto. She hopes to show a guy from back home that she is more than that. She hires Ian to help her catch the eye of David, the guy she thinks she wants.
I wish this book was around when I was a teen. I would have been less awkward, less clueless.
