I listened to this via audiobook thanks to overdrive and wow. This thriller really gripped me until the end. It centers around a group of friends in their 30’s who are mourning the loss of a mutual friend. Although they are technically on an island and it’s considered a vacation, Bron and Georgie tell us the story in their individual POV’s that not everything is as it seems. I do like that the twist was unexpected and how it took us a while to figure out what was going on, leaving us bits and pieces as we moved along. It was just a tad bit long but a worthwhile thriller for sure. It’s always the ones that people idolize like that end up being slightly deranged 👀
