I'd given Connelly a miss for a while as I got a bit bored with the formula, but it was nice to reacquaint myself on this occasion with his particular brand of writing.

Yes, there's a bit too much technical information which needed editing - though you can skip most of it and still understand the story. I enjoyed the pace of it and the ending was very satisfying.
