Another great third, with more delightful and witty prose, this time in the Lydia Chin/Bill Smith series.  This in Lydia’s voice again—the mystery involves a confluence of the American-Chinese world with the high fashion world—when L & B undertake a simple job which goes haywire.  We see Lydia trying to ignore her feelings for Bill, and meet another brother—Andrew, and his male lover, Tony.  I love this series [2021–especially the odd numbered ones, which are in Lydia’s voice, which I consider her best].
