The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World by Desmond Tutu, Dalai Lama XIV, Douglas Carlton Abrams

I really enjoyed the meditation and reflection advice at the end. I do wish this book overall had been more of a transcript of the back and forth conversation rather than involving the author quite as much. Is there no better description available to deep laughter than "cackling"?
