Rubicon by J.M. Johnson

1.0

Attempted suicide, actual suicide, attempted murder, mind control, drugs, attempted rape, child molestation and kidnapping to name some of the more light hearted issues featured.

This tome had one or two interesting concepts, sadly in execution, however, it was a mishmash of badly jumbled ideas, jittery scenes, unsympathetic characters (with one exception), and quite a lot of unrealistic dialogue.

Do young women prefer to be stalked and manipulated into relationships by creeptastic potentials, is that what passes as romance these days? If so, they will consider this to be a non-fiction dating manual.

I read the book in full but feel that by continuing with a full review I am going to focus wholly on the negative, I think it is in all our interests if I stop now.

I received this book from the author for an honest review.
