You, Again by Kate Goldbeck
emotional
funny
lighthearted
4.0
I had high hopes for this one as When Harry Met Sally is one of my favourite movies and for me, You, Again didn't disappoint. I thought it was an original idea to swap the genders of the characters and I feel like it stayed true to the story while also adding modern updates. The atmosphere of New York in the autumn/winter also simply cannot be matched!
Ari was definitely quite an infuriating character but I felt like you understood why she behaved the way she did and you couldn't really help but root for her. There were emotional moments and parts where I laughed out loud. I'd recommend this one if you're looking for a romance with imperfect characters but plenty of banter.
