I adore this book cover. But also, the story and the world-building are awesome. This story contained off the cliffhanger from book one.
Alizeh, the heir to the Jin empire - has been abducted by Cyrus, who wants to marry her. Cyrus has an idea for her future and is clearly in partnership with the devil.
Karmen's father is dead, and the woman he was sweet on is not who he thought she was. He has no idea what is going on.
This book clears up a lot, and I am ready for more and for the story to keep going.
