In need of a quick paced thriller my fingers twitched towards another Jane Harper. After watching the movie adaption of 'The Dry' a few weeks ago, 'Force of Nature' beckoned me.
I loved a haunted Australian landscape setting, the return of a familiar character (Aaron Falk) and the every changing eye suspicion I gave every character at one stage during the novel. Although it was slower paced than expected and dragged a little at times (I didn't even rush to the ending), I loved the descriptive lines of the environment and characters throughout the story.
Although I preferred The Dry, I would still recommend this read to see what happens next to Falk.
