Do you enjoy being out in nature?

I love spending time in nature. I find that it definitely makes me feel so much better if I’m feeling a little blah.

Honestly this was a book I mostly skimmed. I think a lot of it was just a bit to technical for me and it went over my head.

However, I do believe in the tag line on the front ‘nature makes us happier, healthier, and more creative’.

I feel all of those things after spending time in nature. I lost the sometimes obsessive desire to be on my phone or computer. I feel centred, recharged and calm. I crave reading, baking, writing, or other creative activities. If I spend time near water all of these senses and desires are heightened.
