Le Fay by Sophie Keetch
5.0
Book 2 was everything I wanted and more.
📖A dark and atmospheric feminist retellings and Arthurian legend following Morgan and her fight for freedom and identity in a world of magic and medieval politics.
✨ Review ✨
This was incredible, in Book 1 we see Morgan face loss, grief and betrayal and come into her own. By the end she is allied with Arthur and she escapes a life that has become a prison. But has she swapped one prison for another.
She faces more loss and betrayal and we watch her transform from a powerless mistreated woman into a powerful vengeful Sorceress.
Morgan's development is this one is incredible and this one broke my heart and had me sobbing. Everything she goes through this is everything Morgan's story should be!!
It's dark and atmospheric, filled with magic, betrayal and strength. I cannot wait to get the final book in the trilogy. I can't recommend this one enough.
