I was hooked on this book. I felt all of Macy’s emotions and kept wondering what could’ve been so bad to make her decide to walk away from the love of her life. I knew midway that this book had the potential of being a 5⭐️ read for me but the ending would be the determining factor.

My mind was racing to thoughts of infidelity but wondered whether that would be sufficient to hold the story together. And then WoW! The ending plus some! I really wasn’t expecting all that sadness.
