This was unquestionably the best Bofuri manga so far. It has everything that makes this series awesome: Maple having adorably dumb ideas and somehow they work out in her favor, Maple and Sally's friendship (both in game and off game), Chrome being the leader of the Maple fanclub (and becoming a bit of a monster himself), and the other characters not understanding Maple but loving her nonetheless.

I don't know if I'll pre-order Volume 5 since I originally bought the mangas because I thought they'd tell me what happened after season 1 ended, only to find out that Bofuri didn't start out as a manga series but started out as a light novel series - so the mangas are actually /behind/ the anime. For example, this manga ends on episode 6 "Defense and Reinforcements" (halfway through the first season).

However, I don't regret buying them either because I enjoy seeing how multiple mediums (anime, manga) can interpret the same source material in different ways. The majority of things are more or less the same as the anime but there are some things in the manga that weren't in the anime and there were a few small changes (in translation or in execution) that I enjoyed to read.

Looking forward to season two of the anime coming out sometime this year!!!
