Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman

5.0

One of the best books on behavioral psychology. The lesson that is evident is how unaware we are about the systems that govern us and operate us. A fascinating read on the insights of human mind. It gets you to think about thinking and make a conscious effort to understand - Why you choose what you choose and what you will remember it for ? How will your mind experience it ? What biases you have ? Why you may like a co-worker who's smile somehow subconsciously resembles that of your sister? A thoroughly researched and well written book probably worth reading (read: should be read) a multiple times for the mind to actually become conscious of the activity at a particular moment regarding the different effects the book describes.
