It wasn't bad. A 3.5 for me. A good gothic romance, though I wish Sophie would have been a BIT more upset when Joseph revealed why he really married her.

I mean, come on, girl. The man married you to sacrifice you to a demon. A LITTLE anger is allowed and understandable before you immediately start telling him you love him.

Nothing too surprising or out of the ordinary or new, but that isn't always a bad thing. A little annoyed at the epilogue and the cliffhanger, but I guess I did know going in that it was a sequel.
