Come Home, by Lisa Scottoline

3.0

This was my first book by this author and I was impressed by the writing style. The premise of a woman now divorced and engaged to be married getting a late night visit from her ex-stepdaughter to be told her ex-husband was murdered was a good start. The story fell flat in places and ran a little slow. The fiance has a hard time with her desire to reconnect with her ex-husbands daughters, and she can't let go of the family she once knew. The ex-husbands need for money and prestige unveils all the secrets he used to get it.
