WOW this is a masterful piece of  literature.  This book will not and is not for everyone. It is dense and requires work, but boy is it worth it.  This is a novel that is a story within a story within a story. On top of that mastery it's told in all three point of views. On top of that It's a master class in framing and structure. This is so complex and layered and it really makes you slow down and digest really what you're reading.  I can guarantee you have no read a book like this and if you have please tell me what it is so i can read it. I will not tell you the synopsis because it does not do this story  justice and I also think its more impactful going in blind. As a reader you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the story you read, you will be confused and then elated you understand and then confused again. This is a book that you will read through and have so many thoughts and emotions and then read through again because there will be things you miss in the first go around and have different thoughts and emotions. This is a lyrical body of work that is slow burn lesson in enjoyment of a story.  This is an epic fantasy  with so many characters and even the secondary characters Jimenez finds a way to make them beautiful and memorable. I am still thinking about the man on the side of the road.  The writing is so impactful that Jimenez build suspense and rhythm while switching POVs rapidly and still engaging the reader like you are in the story! And you don't even realize POVs are being switched you are immersed and submerged and just trying to drown in the story to absorb it quicker.

I feel sad that this story is over, but I also can't wait to do a re-read because I can't imagine how many things i missed because their was just so much here but in the best way possible. This is one of the best books I have ever read this is masterful writing and storytelling at the highest level.
