The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat: And Other Clinical Tales by Oliver Sacks

Did not finish book. Stopped at 0%.
Ok, I'm finally abandoning this after almost a year of avoiding it. It's possible I'll pick it up again to lull me to sleep when I've got nothing else on my bedside table. But, I don't see that happening. For the most part this felt equal parts boring, unimportant, and bordering on exploitative? There's almost zero cultural or social context, which is one of the main reasons I read nonfiction in the first place. The style makes it feel like field notes for a fellow neurologist, but just subjective enough to be uncomfortable.

Not a fan.
