Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire by J.K. Rowling

*2022*
I'm changing all of my ratings of these books because Rowling is a fatphobic, antisemitic terf

Not saying I didn’t enjoy this book growing up, but it was the one I would get bored of while reading. So many Harry Potter rereads stopped halfway through this book.
I think I found the Triwizard Tournament to be kind of boring.
BUT NOT THIS TIME!!
I enjoyed this story so much more then I remember. Ron being jealous didn’t annoy me, the tasks and prepping for them was so interesting, and I love Cedric. I want my future bathroom to look like the Prefect’s bathroom! I also loved seeing Harry learn the stuff he will be teaching in the DA.
While this book isn’t my favorite in the series, I can never say it’s my least favorite. I don’t think it ever was but it’s so different from the other books. I think I prefer the magic lessons more then dangerous competitions.
