This is a modern day romance that takes place in London. It is told in alternating points of view by the two main characters. The story uses the fame/no fame trope.

Julia Morrison is an American from California attending college in London. She has a full scholarship to Central London University. She left behind in the United States two troubled siblings. Jules is a quiet woman who devoted her life to her family and her studies after a family tragedy.

Ethan Wright is a 22 year old actor from London with a successful career. He is home waiting to film his next movie.

The two meet and have an instant connection. Jules does not realize that Ethan is a well known actor. This pleases Ethan knowing she wasn’t attracted to him because of his fame.

I did like Jules because she is hard working and devoted to her family and her studies. I didn’t like that as the romance developed she took on some of Ethan’s bad habits.

This book ends in a cliffhanger. This love story continues in Accidental Forever which comes out in September 2023.

“She makes me want to be a better man.”
