I am only reading this series bc of the movies coming out and also bc I really want to read the shorts stories with Percy but god, at what cost? this took me more than a year to read and I read the last 50% in less than 24hrs but it was utter torture.
I normally enjoy Rick Riordan but this book was not it...I do not know if I will be able to read the other two book and I really want to pick up Magnus Chase after but is it even worth it? I do not know.
The Anubis/Sadie shit made me uncomfortable af, was it only me? idk, he is like a thousand years old and she is like twelve, also I do not like how the author portrays girls or how he narrates from their pov (even in third person) I did not like how he portrayed Annabeth in heroes of olympus...maybe that's just me, right?
whatever, I am off to reading the poppy war, what a contrast!
'kay, I'm out
Bye
