Pinch Me by Adena Halpern

4.0

Its getting a little tedious...not only not having internet but also starting each mini review with a reminder that I'm pecking things out on an old phone that barely connects to anything all. but, here we go..... PINCH ME was a whimsical romantic fairy tale about a family curse that prevents marriage for the purpose of love. Dating back to the time one sister manipulatively stole another sister's husband, no woman down the family tree has been able to love and marry without disastrous consequence.....until a handsome pediatrician comes along and inspires Lily to look beyond the curse. She will marry for love and protect her husband from any nightmare that ensues. But things don't work out when the couple find themselves thrown into an alternate universe where Lily's new husband is a skinny, unconfident drainpipe installer....who is married to another woman. Silly, simplistic, and thoroughly entertaining, PINCH ME is a fun summer read for sure.
