Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity by Kim Malone Scott

5.0

Great experience from someone who has worked at some big Silicon Valley companies. While I am not (yet) a manager, I got a lot out of this book should I become a manager in the future. Scott has an awesome quadrant system that combines caring deeply with challenging directly and how those two things work in tandem to achieve radical candor (not ruinous empathy, obnoxious aggression, nor manipulative insincerity). A great resource.

Even more helpful second time round with more work experience.
