3.5

This book felt like a good episode of a great romcom! I say episode because I feel like the timeline moves fairly quickly as it is a quick read and listen if you are listening to it! I enjoyed this book for two reasons.

1. I have not read in a while due to the nature of my work and this was a great entry back into reading.
2. It starts off with the wildest interaction you can have with a person when first meeting them.

I enjoyed the writing style, the characters, and the storyline. To me this felt like a nice cozy romance that gave me just enough cheese for the wine that I sipped while reading it.

So why the 3.5 stars... I don't think it was bad at all but it really only played on one of my emotions. For me it would have to of had a little more to get the 4 stars but I walked away from this feeling excited, happy, motivated to read another book, and overall cozy. Would I read another book by Jones? Yes, I would! Be advised there is nudity/adult content in this book so if that is not your thing that is cool too.
