This book was SOOOOOO good!!! The author didn't recap the last book well so I forgot a lot of things. I also didn't exactly love the author's writing style but that didn't distract me.
THE ROMANCE!!!!!! I promised myself I would NOT fall in love with Kishan but I did, even more than Ren. Because Kishan is like a playful kind of guy who loves Kelsey. I've got no clue who I'm rooting for.
I was disappointed when Lokesh got another amulet. (I forgot about the curse which makes Ren and Kishan transform into tigers since the author didn't explain) I'm glad that the heroine was able to help by having lightning power.
The ending was shocking but not surprising. I knew that Ren had gone through a lot of mental abuse being capture with Lokesh but trained to forget Kelsey was extreme. I sympathized with Kelsey and felt all of her emotions. Sadness and Hurt. How could Ren have said all of those things? If he loved her, I honestly believe he would've fell in love with her when instead he falls in love with Nilima! Seriously!!!
Another reason I gave it a four star b/c the book itself hurt my foot. :( Ha!
Overall, this has got to be my favorite series ever!
