I both laughed and cried in the epilogue.
The final book in this masterful triology. Just wow. S.A. Chakraborty has a way of writing characters that are real people. The emotions you feel, the decisions they make, it flows beautifully. This is the best fantasy series I have ever read. The world is brilliantly thought out the magic system is interesting. The kindness of strangers that are scattered amidst the chaos that is unraveling. I was a bit worried I would find Dara’s pov boring in this book but I needn’t have worried. Every character is interesting, fleshed out. I guess the one exception is
Manizheh, but you can fill in the gaps and it doesn’t take away from the story
recommending this to everyone!
