Toadling is such a sweet protagonist despite her circumstances, and the bond she shares with the Greenteeth is so incredibly heartwarming. While Thornhedge does encapsulate the tale of Sleeping Beauty quite well, I was nowhere near ready to finish reading of Toadling and the Greenteeth (though the only fault Thornhedge has in this regard is making me love Toadling and the Greenteeth so much).
