“Focus on what’s important.” - “I am.”

“You are Jean Moreau. Your place is here with me, with us. I’m your captain. You’re my partner. We’re supposed to be doing this together, aren’t we? Stop leaving me behind. Look at me.”

If I thought I was devoted to this series, this one proved just how much. Nora did so much justice with the  Foxes fam 🦊 with Neil and Andrew, because it was and forever will be all or nothing with them and everything with me. But here am I, feeling The Sunshine Court will be an exceptional and significant place, Jean with Jeremy will be the pairing of the century 💛. I’m boundlessly obsessed with Jeremy. He’s all the comfort and solace. As for Jean, he landed exactly where he needed to be. “Welcome to The Sunshine Court, Jean Moreau.” A place that will hopefully make him heal, be his home and give him a chance to learn - who am I. I’m on my tippy toes, sneaking through the gates, waiting for the next pieces. For a kiss that will mend all souls.

🌼🖤🥍 🌊 💛🏵️.

“I know why you think you have to go back to Evermore, and I know what’s waiting for you there. I will burn this house down before I let him touch you again.” // “…you ever feel like—like you’re making a choice you can’t come back from? But even knowing everything could go completely sideways, you’d make that choice every time?” // “You’ve endured the storm long enough. Don’t you think you’re overdue for some rainbows?” // “I’m excited to see how far you can go from here when you can finally spread your wings without fear. Fly safe, Jean.” // “On his fingertips he counted to two: A cool evening breeze. Rainbows.” // “…but a low wooden fence separated this one from the next and someone had spray painted stick figures and daffodils on this side of the posts.” // “Jean was exactly the kind of guy Jeremy was prone to trip himself up over…” // “Jeremy had never considered studying French before but hearing it from Jean was giving him ill-advised thoughts.” // “Jean didn’t understand any of it, but he knew on a bone-deep level that this was better than anything he’d ever had.” // “…but staring at Jeremy was dangerous on too many levels to tolerate.” // “…the deep blue top Jeremy had seemed so taken with yesterday.” // “A blank check is a dangerous thing to offer.” - “Try me… I can afford it.” // “A cool evening breeze. Rainbows. Open roads. Teammates…. Friends? Friends” …
