I typically do a synopsis prior to my review but honestly any plot summary will without a doubt spoil this mind blowing book. Going in blind is such a wild ride and experience that I wouldn’t want to ruin that for anyone else. 

This was my first Blake Crouch book and I have had it on my tbr for quite sometime. Now here I am after finally finishing this book thinking to myself this will without a doubt go down as one of my most favorite reads of the year! While the plot is a mind bending science fiction thriller Crouch has a way of making the book easy to consume and engaging, so that even readers who don’t typically consume science fiction works are still able to thoroughly enjoy this book. I truly never felt bored while reading this, the twists and tension are perfectly executed keeping you at the edge of your seat. I will say at the heart of this book is the exploration of what it means to be truly happy in your life and if you had made different choices would you be happier. This thought provoking intense science fiction novel is a must read and will be a forever recommendation that I give to everyone!
