I was honoured to be able to read this as a beta reader.
I haven’t read the other books written by Jess and I didn’t need to. This book works perfectly as a standalone, and has made me want to go back and read Grand love and grand lies.
My heart was on a rollercoaster throughout this book, I couldn’t stop reading as I just wanted to know more!
Elliot and Lucy are best friends, they made a pact that if in a few years Lucy hadn’t found ‘the one’, Elliot would have children with Lucy.
Elliot just wants the best for Lucy and doesn’t want to see her throw her life away with the wrong guy.
Lucy has her life mapped out and doesn’t want to deviate from that plan.
I was laughing out loud at this book, Lucy is absolutely hilarious as is Elliot. He is definitely my type of book boyfriend. (Hands off I have claimed Elliot as my own
