Crafty Chloe by Kelly DiPucchio

4.0

As a crafty girl myself, I could relate to this book, especially these lines: ..."anything becomes less boring with googly eyes on it" and "After dinner Chloe went to her room to doodle. Doodling helps her think. Thinking gives her ideas. Some ideas are pretty spectacular and require lots of glitter." TRUTH.

Chloe isn't good at sports, or dancing, but she IS good at making things. But when she decides to make something for her friends' birthday, she worries that it won't be good enough.

The illustrations are delightful and packed with details.

PS: Chloe has a GLUE GUN HOLSTER.
