Small town romance with unrequited love & so many emotions throughout the pages ♥️

Pick it up if you want to read a story of how childhood sweethearts are brought together by fate

Romance books that revolve around small towns bring pure love & kind of warmth to the one reading. Especially the words that describes the surroundings, the people & the affection they show will make you feel a part of that surroundings at some point so the emotions you will experience will be more ( atleast for me ♥️) if written rightly!

Mare is someone who will do anything for someone she loves, she cares so deeply for the people she loves. We can see her grow from a lost child grieving her mother to being able to achieve what she dreamt of.

Cade is someone who thinks about someone he loves more than about what he wants even though it hurts him. It is difficult to fall in love with Cade, but once you do it is difficult to let go of that love. His vulnerable side brings so much depth to this story.

Mare was so deeply in love with Cade even before she knew what love was. Cade was considerate enough to wait for her to realise that instead of being just a crush. They both loved each with all their heart, cade though letting her go will bring her happiness & mare thought her dreams won't matter if she is with Cade. It is that the way they loved was different but inspite of everything they found theri way back to each other ♥️

Cade & Mare's story is one in a kind of love that is brought together by fate :)

The book starts with grieving for someone & alternatives between timelines of their relationship. It was difficult for me to alternate between the emotions so it kind of impacted my reading experience.

I loved Linda & I almost cried whenever she was in the scene or was brought up. I was also grieving her even though it was character.

Kat's writing definitely makes me want to read her books, but I remember loving "Black Ties & White Lies" a little bit more than this so I'm going to read her other books too :)

Still the verdict is on hold on Falling in love with Sutten XD!
