Souls Discovered by Miranda Brock

4.0

Woven with action from the very first page, Souls Discovered is impossible to put down once you start reading. I loved how the author didn’t have a dull moment in the book by starting us out with a glimpse into Autumn’s seamlessly normal life before tossing her into a brand-new world of mysteries. The relationships between Autumn and the searchers were very well fleshed out and it gave each of the characters their own depth.

The world created by Miss Brock is one in which will not disappoint. Each character’s ability is more fascinating than the last and the twists and turns that Autumn must overcome as a Keeper were a fresh take on the usual YA fantasy obstacles. The ending was a bit predictable but seeing as how this is part of a series, I’m excited to see where the rest of the books take us.
