The Girl in the Jitterbug Dress Hops the Atlantic: WWII Historical and Contemporary Romance by Tam Francis
5.0
I loved the stories of both June and Violet. With Violet, I was able to learn more about the history of swing and life on the homefront during WWII. With June, I learned more about the resurgance of swing and how it brought in more of the old-timers to teach the younger generation their style of dance, dress, and lifestyle with a reminder that it wasn't all glamour during that time. As a swing dancer myself I love learning more about the history of the dance.
I'm looking forward to the next book in the sequel.
