This was such a thoroughly wholesome (a bit spicy at times) and genuinely heartwarming LGBT+ romance story. We have our two main characters (told primarily from Alex's perspective) - Alex Claremont-Diaz, son of the US President, and Henry, Prince of the United Kingdom. Gearing up for the re-election campaign of his mother, Alex did not anticipate encountering his 'nemesis', Prince Henry, would result in the whirlwind that followed.

This book has politics, royal etiquettes, it has rivals-to-lovers, really good friendships and more.

I listened to the audiobook version of this book through Spotify and the narrator really did the book justice - it made the experience of listening to the book all the more enjoyable!

I will say the 0.25 stars I reduced are simply because the book is told very much from Alex's perspective, and I would have loved to have heard a bit of Henry's inner monologue in the same way we heard Alex. Though a sucker for dual POV, this did not make the experience any less fun - I just loved them so much I wanted to spend more time with each of them. That said, all in all this was one of the better romances which was so easy to read.
