I read this because it's forbidden age gap AND he's her ex-boyfriend's dad. But I don't think I like the writing style that's why it took me awhile to finish it. I did not connect to the characters too but Fisher seems intriguing and that's what kept me going. I found Noah a bit immature and so are her older brothers. I hated Jase especially what he did and if I were Noah I wouldn't forgive him lol. She and her parents are just sooo nice and they can never be me. I'll probably hold grudges or something until I die.
Anyway, I did enjoy this book a bit. I just wish it was executed well since the story is promising. I'm also curious about Magnolia and Tripp but I don't like the trope hinted in this book's epilogue. But we'll see.
