The Hand on the Wall by Maureen Johnson

2.0

I stuck with this trilogy because I was hopeful the loose ends would be tied up nicely in this final book. I was not so lucky.

The murderer made no sense. The motive was silly. The resolution was idiotic. (This goes for both present and past murders.)

It’s two rather than one star if only for how easy this book was to read. If you’re looking for a page turner, for a mystery that’ll knock your socks off with the reveal… this is not it.
