Oh, dear. Well, I won't be continuing with this series. Spoilers follow.
The characters were okay, I suppose. But there was instalust, with repeated lack of foreplay along with really euphemistic sex. First the plot seemed like military, then suddenly they went to the ranch, then there was a military rescue, and spycraft, and a cancer scare and a pregnancy. It just kept going and going.
There was a distinct lack of commas where needed. Also, if you use "dessert" as a euphemism for sex, spell it correctly. "Desert" does not have the same effect.
