Winter Soldier, Volume 3: Black Widow Hunt by Jackson Butch Guice, Steve Epting, Ed Brubaker, Elizabeth Breitweiser, Jordie Bellaire, Brian Thies, Joe Caramagna

2.0

Quite frankly I was bored. I put this on hold at the library because it came up on my search for Black Widow collections (of which there are only 6, according to the back of this TPB). I might have been more invested if there were more comic collections that focused on Natasha's perspective of how she's been brainwashed, used, and been made into a weapon more times than anyone can survive sanely. But there aren't, and I'm sick of her story being told through men's narratives (and I wouldn't have to complain on a book that is clearly going to focus on Winter Soldier's if they gave Black Widow her own run!). Man pain, boring. As a relationship geek, I enjoy her exes (and Wolverine, whom I still have a childhood crush on- they never made out at any point that I missed, right? because ew, he's an uncle figure to her) ganging up to save her/help her "current" partner, Bucky. Also, Captain America's buff-ness was over the top and kinda gross. Male muscle fantasies run amok!
