I have been eagerly awaiting Lucian & Sloane’s story ever since I finished TWNGO and it was definitely well worth waiting for. Like the other two books, TWLB combines small-town romance with hints of crime thriller - making it hard to put down. Although somewhat unrealistic and cheesy at times, the story effectively touched on serious topics like domestic abuse, crime and mental health and had me emotionally invested in the story early on. I honestly feel like book #3 has taken over from #1 as my favourite of the series!
