Climate Change Is Racist: Race, Privilege and the Struggle for Climate Justice by Jeremy Williams
5.0
F#ck yes! <- I could probably just leave my review at that.
This book was great! I loved the preface and how it discusses privilege and circles back to it throughout the book and in the end. I think the author did a great job all around and surpassed his goal at keeping this brief enough to appeal to a larger audience. However, that comes at a cost. Personally, I'd actually like to see something that goes much more in depth written in the future. Maybe a book two? A lot of this information did seem very rushed through in order to keep it more appealing to the general reader. It was perfect for the intended audience, but I'm selfish and want more. Lol
Also, the entire section titled "Taking Responsibility" towards the end was pure fire!
