Yes! It’s fun and stand-alone. Some characters if you read the main series might make slightly more sense but I had no difficulty reading it or had the feeling that I was missing something since I did not read the “main” serie. There sometimes is a bit drama for the drama but other then that is compelling read with cute and fun characters
