Call Me By Your Name by André Aciman

5.0

Lol, it took a lot of my time to finish this one because I've been in my reading slump phase.
Call Me By Your Name has a writing style that often leaves me amazed, with its exquisite and heavenly choice of words and divine metaphors. It's an entirely different experience if you read it post-watching the movie; the haunting melodies of the songs and atmospheric nuances of both the book and the film meld seamlessly, creating a symphony of emotions. It's hard to fathom the sensation of delving into this book without the cinematic prelude, there's a curious part of me that yearns to know that experience, though.
