Superior Saturday by Garth Nix

5.0

Arthur's adventures just keep getting better and better, in my opinion. With only Sunday left to conquer now, I'll have to say goodbye to this character!
Nix was brilliant in describing the Tower, the Grease Monkeys, the Automatons, and other colorful scenes that made this kingdom of Superior Saturday feels like a steampunk world.
I enjoyed how Arthur is at peace with himself now, no longer struggling with holding on to his humanity, but has resigned himself to being a denizen of the house. Also, this means he can use the keys more often, which is always cool.
This book ended really leaving the reader on a cliffhanger. Not only was Arthur in a dangerous situation near the end, but Leaf and his town on Earth is in peril too. How will Arthur save everyone? I can't wait to find out.
