Double Booked by Lily Lindon

This is a journey of self discovery and self destruction.

I will say this book is not without its flaws but I had a really fun time reading it. I found it very pacy and whizzed through it because I wanted to find out what would happen.

I found the writing style and characters made me suspend disbelief which I think is needed because this is a ridiculous queer romp. There are some uncomfortable stereotypes and comments made, but overall I enjoyed the characters and the fact that Georgina’s decisions all blew up in her face because she deserved that after lying, keeping secrets and cheating.

I liked the ending because the whole premise is kind of
Spoiler who will she end up with and then it’s neither but I’m glad it was Cara but we don’t go any further than a glimpse. I did find it ridiculous her own mum let her go four YEARS feeling guilty about her father’s death and punishing herself all that time.
